- Reviewed workflow and billing for client service requests of procurement or ICMS (Install, Change, Move, Surplus) events initiated by multiple Information Resource Managers using a custom system based on the Yantra Distributed Order Management product.
- Initiated and managed SDC Yantra process and documentation improvements for faster and more efficient processing, and improved customer service.

Hewlett Packard 2002-2005
Project Manager - Clusters and Advanced File Systems Lab (CASL), Nashua, NH
Specified, justified, ordered, and installed the fit up of the CASL Lab cluster systems, SAN storage, and networks.
- Installed Gigabit Ethernet for the lab and migrated the 130 offices to 100mbit Ethernet to complement the gigabit lab net.
- Oversaw the fit up of 15,000 square feet of lab space.

- Designed and managed the various capital processes that planned, forecasted, and ordered the new hardware needed year over year.

Managed a 130 person group in computer operations, planning, and computer security in Marlborough and Hudson, MA.
- Sponsored several OPS (Operations, Planning, and Security) projects that would support an increasing installed base with less headcount at a 10% cost reduction year after year.
- Merged a 5x16 engineering support operation with a 7x24 finance and manufacturing team resulting in better support for all clients.
